Not sure if we’re right for your project? Contact us to find out. If you have a question that’s not addressed below, please feel free to reach out to our team by phone or email, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5 pm EST.

Office hours are 7 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday. Our manufacturing facility operates from 6 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.

We would welcome the opportunity to host you at our facility. We’re proud of our laser, cutting, forming and TIG welding capabilities. Please contact us to set up a tour.

We can provide a quote with as little as a hand drawn sketch. However, it’s always helpful to know the dimensions, quantities and material you want fabricated. We will always contact you to clarify your request or ask for additional information. The more information you can provide up front, the faster and more accurate the pricing will be.

Laser Cutting
With our fiber laser we can laser cut any type of sheet metal.

Metal Bending
We have high tonnage and precision press brakes that allow us to bend any type of sheet metal into simple or complex forms.

Our welders are AWS certified to weld stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel.

Spot/Resistance Welding
We have a spot welder and offer this capability.

Metal fabrication is when you cut, shape, or join metals together. For instance, the most common procedures include welding, drilling, stamping, punching, milling, and forging. Each of these metal fabrication processes uses a different type of machine to transform metals into a particular shape.

We manufacture three-dimensional metal parts by laser cutting, bending, TIG welding and/or other assembly processes. Highly specialized equipment such as CNC laser cutters, CNC press brakes, CNC turret presses, and welding are generally required. The tooling associated with stamping can be costly, so metal fabrication is quite often the more economical way to produce parts in lower quantities. There is greater design flexibility in fabrication than in stamping, due to the fact that there are no tooling changes needed if your part design requires alteration.

Our 3kW fiber laser can cost efficiently cut stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper up to 0.25” thick. We can cut mild steel up to 0.75” thick.

We use SolidWorks, CREO and AutoCAD. We can take files in multiple formats and convert them into SolidWorks or CREO. You can send your drawings as DWF, DWG, DXF, EDRW, IGES, PDF, SLDASM, SLDDRW, SLDPRT, STEP/STP.
